This material is sorted, palletized and warehoused throughout the USA. The material is then sold at a drastically reduced cost enabling energy conservation through discounts in energy saving building materials.

Energy Efficient

SIP’s have proven to consistently outperform other methods of construction in energy efficiency. The most dramatic results are the reports by the happy customers of Premier; but there remains a significant level of scientific data as well. Perhaps the best measure of how energy efficient an entire wall assembly is, has been developed by Oak Ridge National Laboratory, (ORNL). The testing method takes into account energy losses for the structural members, corners, joints and around windows, not just the value of the insulation.

What is an ICF?

ICFs are lightweight, interlocking foam panels that remain in place as a functional part of the wall after the concrete is poured. The insulating qualities of the foam panels, against noise and weather, combine with the strength and stability of the reinforced concrete, resulting in an exceptional wall.
